Can't believe I didn't see the topic for 3 days.
We have to be clear on what good is. Sociopath and psycopaths are able to be lovely people to others, manipulating them, making themselves look awesome while deep inside they are not good people. By the way, just because somebody is sociopath or psychopath doesn't mean he is evil person by default.
When it comes to antisocial personality disorder, it's not something people chose to be, but rather born with or triggered as they grew up. Because of their impulsive behavior, it is easy to commit crime (even a small one).
